Only five weeks after giving birth to twins, Jennifer Lopez shows little left of the 50 pounds she gained during her pregnancy. Jennifer, 38, was at the premiere of the Rolling Stones new documentary "Shine A Light" which revealed the singer is almost back in to her pre-pregnancy weight.
Despite claiming she was in no hurry to lose her baby weight, she appears to have lost a lot in the five weeks since giving birth. She recently told OK Magazine: “I gained a good amount of weight, which I was focused on because twins can sometimes have a low birth weight. I gained 45-50 lbs, a lot for my frame, but for twins it’s right on.” The 38-year-old said she was proud of her post-pregnancy figure. She added: “It’s amazing how your stomach goes boop and it’s this jiggly mass. I even play with my little leftover belly.”
The new mother stated: “Having children is the biggest thing that can happen to a woman. You win an Oscar, get nominated for a Golden Globe - you know, whatever things you think are big, I can’t even think of anything that can match the miracle of giving birth and having your own child. I’ve been very career-orientated my whole life and very focused on my own world and my own life, and all of a sudden the focus just shifts.”
On the differences between the twins, she said: “Emme is a total girl. You take off her clothes and she covers up, and her hands are very feminine. And she has more hair than him. And he is like a tank, with these little arms." Lopez and Anthony are said to have made $6,000,000 when they sold rights to the first pictures of the twins to People magazine.
